Proselect is a WONDERFUL program. I honestly couldn't run an ordering appointment without it.  It's one of those integral pieces to the portrait business puzzle. And if it makes your business more efficient, helps you do your job more easily, and gives your clients the confidence to make swift decisions, then it's a no-brainer, right?

Learn how I use Proselect to help my ordering appointments go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We'll go over importing files, sorting through images, creating price lists, receipts, quick slideshows, importing rooms, inserting images into rooms, and more! I'm using the basic version, but have since upgraded to the pro version.

My favorite feature has to be the invoice/receipt. You can customize your price list and add the products they want to the cart, apply discounts, freebies, etc., and have the total reflected for the client to see. It's easy to modify the list and clearly shows the client what they're purchasing. You can save or print the pdf invoice with all of what they ordered including small thumbnails of the images. Clients LOVE this too!  They've made a lot of tough decisions during that ordering appointment. This invoice helps to remind them of what images they decided on and all the details of their investment.

You can also make slideshows with music and show the images on pictures of the client's own walls. Or you can use Ariana Falerni's rooms! You can order images straight from the program to your favorite lab (most labs are linked to it). It's truly an all-in-one IPS presentation software. This is what the pros use for a reason!
